Gerando Falcões: ASMARA

Tive a oportunidade de fazer diversos projetos com a Gerando Falcões na Accenture. Entre eles, destaco o ASMARA, um projeto lindo, desses que fazem a gente se emocionar, cheio de propósito, que ajuda a gerar renda própria, autonomia e dignidade para milhares de mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Não a toa foi notícia no Jornal Nacional, Jornal da Band e muitos outros veículos. E está concorrendo também ao Effie Awards 2024.

Em parceria com a Accenture, a Ong Gerando Falcões criou um modelo de negócios que gera renda para milhares de mulheres das favelas. Funciona assim: cada MARA recebe por mês 75 peças de roupas doadas para o Bazar Gerando Falcões, ela então revende essas peças pelo preço que quiser e fica com grande parte das vendas para ela. Teve MARA que já conseguiu gerar 2.700 reais em um único mês.

Fizemos também uma grande campanha para estimular a doação de roupas e gerar ainda mais renda para ASMARA, com o conceito "Tire a sua empatia do armário", com a Taís Araujo, Ingrid Guimarães e Isis Valverde.

I had the opportunity to work on various projects with Gerando Falcões at Accenture. Among them, I highlight ASMARA, a beautiful project that truly moves us, full of purpose, helping to generate self-income, autonomy, and dignity for thousands of women in social vulnerability. It’s no wonder it was featured on Jornal Nacional, Jornal da Band, and many other media outlets. It is also competing for the Effie Awards 2024.

In partnership with Accenture, the NGO Gerando Falcões created a business model that generates income for thousands of women in the favelas. Here’s how it works: each MARA receives 75 donated pieces of clothing per month for the Gerando Falcões Bazaar. She then resells these items at any price she chooses and keeps a large portion of the sales. Some MARAs have managed to generate 2,700 reais in a single month.

We also ran a major campaign to encourage clothing donations and generate even more income for ASMARA, with the concept "Take Your Empathy Out of the Closet," featuring Taís Araujo, Ingrid Guimarães, and Isis Valverde.
